Merche, about to turn 76, who is told that she doesn’t have long left to live. Determined to make her last wishes come true, she embarks the three best friends on some mischief, such as getting deliberately trapped in a department store at night and hiring a go-go dancer. One of her wishes is also to be able to see the sea for the last time. So, she invites her daughter Rocío to visit the Canary Island of La Palma, but at the last minute Merche's health prevents her from making the trip.
