A young Indian filmmaker, who has been living in Switzerland for a long time, returns to his native country to tell fragments of the history of his family and of India, until the next national elections. He finds himself on a journey as he visits famous places, meeting his friends and family as well as local inhabitants. A humanist "home"-movie imbued with melancholy.
