Filmed in the former open-pit mine of Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick in Quebec, this short film features an original tetrahedral sculpture by the artist in which he dances. Serving both as a prison and a pedestal, it symbolizes the destructive constructions of humankind that elevate while ruining it. Saint-Rémi is an ode to the hope of revegetation, to the hope that flora, like the dancer, will re-emerge combative and full of grace to seek out the light, even if it is only after our disappearance.
